Overview & System Purpose
The Virtual Currency Subsystem (/gamification/currency/*) manages the internal tokenomics of your community ecosystem. It enables administrators to define custom branded currency (e.g., Coins, Gems, Credits, Tokens), set conversion rates between raw gamification points and spendable currency, implement anti-fraud guardrails, and audit member wallets and ledgers.

Custom Branding
- Currency Name: Choose a custom name that fits your brand identity (e.g., Credits, Coins, Gems, Stars, Tokens, Points).
- Display Icon & Symbol: Visual asset representing your digital currency in user wallets, rewards stores, and leaderboards.
Normalization & Conversion Ratio
- Normalization Factor: Defines the exchange rate from raw gamification points to spendable currency tokens.
- Example: A normalization factor of
100means 100 Points = 1 Currency Coin.

- Conversion Presets: Quick selectors for ratios (
1:1,10:1,50:1,100:1,500:1). - Live Simulator: Built-in interactive calculator to test how raw points convert to spendable currency before saving changes.
Risk Management & Anti-Abuse (/risk)
Prevent runaway inflation, bot exploitation, and economic abuse by enforcing automated guardrails:

Member Wallet Directory (/member-wallet)
The Member Wallet dashboard provides visibility into individual accounts across the platform:
- Search & Filtering: Search members by name, email, or wallet ID.
- Balance Insights:
- Current Spendable Balance: Real-time balance available for rewards and redemptions.
- Lifetime Earned: Total historical currency minted for the member.
- Lifetime Spent / Burned: Total currency exchanged in the rewards marketplace.
- Transaction Ledger Modal:
- Click the History icon on any member row to open the complete itemized transaction ledger.
- Displays timestamps, source actions, delta (
+or-), transaction IDs, and reference triggers.

Quick Trace (/trace)
- Search any transaction ID, event hash, or user ID to instantly trace:
- Timestamp of event execution.
- Triggering action and origin module.
- Conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction.
- Pre-transaction balance vs post-transaction balance.
Audit Log (/audit-log)
- Complete compliance log capturing:
- Changes to currency name or conversion factors.
- Modifications to risk caps and daily limits.
- Administrative manual adjustments or re-seed operations.
