Overview

The Governance Suite ensures compliance, platform safety, and institutional accountability across the member directory through moderation queues, audit logs, and global policy configurations.

1. Reported Members Queue (/members/reports)

When community members or automated AI moderation filters flag a profile, it enters the Reports Triage Queue:

• Report Details: Shows reporter identity, reported member, timestamp, violation reason category (Spam, Harassment, Inappropriate Content, Impersonation), and context evidence.
• Triage Actions:
  • Dismiss Report: Mark as reviewed with no infraction recorded.
  • Issue Warning: Send a formal automated warning notification to the member.
  • Temporary Suspension: Place the account on a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day freeze.
  • Permanent Ban & Archive: Expel the member and purge active sessions across web and mobile.

2. Immutable Member Audit Log (/members/audit-log)

Every administrative action affecting member accounts is captured in an append-only audit trail:

• Recorded Events:
  • Manual tier promotions or demotions.
  • Role modifications (e.g., granting Moderator permissions).
  • Manual point and currency adjustments.
  • Profile attribute edits executed by staff.
  • Account activations, suspensions, and data export requests.
• Metadata Captured: Admin user ID, IP address, timestamp, target member ID, and pre-modification vs post-modification state diff.

3. Global Member Settings (/members/settings)

• Profile Schema Builder: Add custom text, dropdown, URL, date, or multi-select fields to member profiles.
• Privacy Defaults: Control whether member directory listings, email addresses, and phone numbers are visible publicly, to logged-in members only, or strictly to administrators.
• Onboarding Requirements: Set mandatory profile completion criteria (e.g., must upload an avatar and fill out bio before posting in feeds).
• GDPR & Right-to-be-Forgotten: Execute automated account anonymization and data export packages on demand.
