Core Architecture & Capabilities
1. Schema Discovery Engine
Every external system has distinct standard and custom fields. Thrico dynamically discovers your external schema (e.g. Salesforce Objects, Zoho Modules, Workday Worker profiles) and makes all custom fields available in the Thrico Mapping Engine.
2. Bi-Directional & Uni-Directional Sync
- CRM to Thrico: Keep member profiles up-to-date with CRM contact stages, membership tiers, and lifecycle changes.
- Thrico to CRM: Stream member engagement data, event attendance, and community contributions back to your CRM.
- Scheduled & Real-Time Sync: Instant webhook-driven triggers alongside automated cron-based bulk reconciliation.
3. Reliable Message Queue & Dead-Letter Queues (DLQ)
All synchronization jobs run through dedicated RabbitMQ queues managed by the integration-worker service. If an external API encounters rate limits or temporary outages, jobs are automatically retried with exponential backoff and routed to a durable Dead-Letter Queue (DLQ) with audit logs for safe replay.
4. Rule-Based Community Assignments
Define automated membership rules based on external attributes (e.g., Department == "Engineering", Tier == "Enterprise", or Region == "EMEA") so members are instantly placed into relevant private groups, spaces, and discussion channels upon sync.
