Supported E-Commerce Platforms

Shopify Integration

Thrico supports official Shopify App connections with OAuth and webhook synchronization:

  1. In your Thrico Dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → E-Commerce.
  2. Click Connect Shopify.
  3. Enter your myshopify store URL (e.g. your-brand.myshopify.com).
  4. Approve the required scopes:
    • read_products, read_orders, read_customers, read_inventory
  5. Thrico automatically subscribes to Shopify webhooks:
    • customers/create, customers/update
    • orders/create, orders/paid, orders/fulfilled
    • products/create, products/update, products/delete
    • inventory_levels/update

3. Queue-Based Processing & Fault Tolerance

All incoming Shopify and WooCommerce webhook events are published to dedicated RabbitMQ queues (shopify.customer.sync, shopify.order.sync, woocommerce.order.sync). In the event of network timeouts, jobs route to shopify.dlq or woocommerce.dlq for safe replay without data loss.
