Overview
The Rewards Store is where community members convert their hard-earned points, currencies, or rank achievements into tangible value. Administrators can list digital discount coupons, gift vouchers, exclusive merchandise, or one-on-one experiences.
Reward Types
🎟️ 1. Discount Coupons & Promo Codes
- Dynamic Code Pools: Upload CSV batches of unique, single-use Shopify/WooCommerce coupon codes.
- Fixed Discount or Percentage: Configurable discount percentages (e.g., 20% off) or fixed currency reductions (e.g., $10 off).
- Minimum Cart Requirements: Synchronize cart thresholds with integrated storefronts.
🎁 2. Digital Vouchers & Gift Cards
- Instant Code Delivery: Delivered immediately to the member's in-app reward vault and sent via confirmation email.
- Third-Party Integrations: Issue Amazon, Apple, Google Play, or custom vendor gift codes.
📦 3. Physical Merchandise & Perks
- Inventory Tracking: Set stock counts; rewards automatically display as "Sold Out" once depleted.
- Shipping Address Capture: Prompt members for shipping information during redemption.
- Fulfillment Pipeline: Track orders through
Pending→Processing→Shipped→Deliveredstatuses.
Setting Up a Reward Item
Step 1: Basic Information
- Title & Description: Engaging headline, product description, terms, and redemption instructions.
- Visual Media: High-resolution product images or badge artwork.
- Category: Classify under Discounts, Digital Goods, VIP Access, or Merch.
Step 2: Pricing & Eligibility
- Point / Currency Cost: Specify the exact points or coins needed to claim (e.g.,
500 Pointsor50 Coins). - Required Minimum Rank: Restrict redemption eligibility to specific rank tiers (e.g., only Gold members and above).
- Per-User Limits: Limit claims per user (e.g., max 1 per member per month).
Redemptions & Fraud Prevention
- Cooldown Timers: Prevent rapid sequential claims from automated bots.
- Approval Queues: Option to require manual administrator approval for high-value redemptions prior to code issuance.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Return spent points/coins back to member wallets if an order cannot be fulfilled.
