🚀 Step-by-Step Connection Guide
Step 1: Open the Zoho API Console
Navigate to the Zoho API Console corresponding to your organization's data center region:

- 🇪🇺 Europe: api-console.zoho.eu
- 🇦🇺 Australia: api-console.zoho.com.au

Step 2: Create a Server-Based Client Application
- In the Zoho API Console, click
Add Client(orGet Started). - Hover over Server-based Applications and click
Create Now. - Fill in the application registration details:

Step 3: Copy Client ID & Client Secret

Step 4: Authorize from the Thrico Dashboard
- Open your Thrico Dashboard → navigate to:
- Locate the Zoho CRM card and click
Connect Zoho. - Select your Zoho data center region (e.g., India (.in), Global (.com), or Europe (.eu)).
- Sign in to Zoho and click
Accepton the OAuth permissions consent screen. - You will be automatically redirected back to Thrico with status CONNECTED.
⚙️ Post-Connection Setup
1. Module & Field Mapping
- Navigate to the Field Mapping tab:
- Select your primary sync object (
ContactsorLeads). - Map Zoho fields (
First_Name,Last_Name,Email,Phone,Account_Name, custom picklists) to Thrico member profile fields.

2. Initial Data Import
- On the Sync & History tab, click

3. Real-Time Webhook Setup (Optional)
To stream new Zoho contacts instantaneously into Thrico:
- In Zoho CRM → Setup (⚙️) → Automation → Workflow Rules.
