Super Admin

The Super Admin has full control over the entire Thrico platform.

  • Access all analytics
  • Manage billing and subscriptions

Entity Admin

The Entity Admin manages a specific organization within Thrico.

  • Configure entity branding and settings
  • Manage communities within the entity
  • Invite and manage members
  • Configure custom domains
  • View entity analytics

Community Admin

The Community Admin operates a specific community.

  • Configure community settings
  • Manage community content
  • Assign moderator roles
  • View community analytics
  • Manage events and groups

Moderator

Moderators help manage content and members within a community.

  • Approve or reject posts
  • Manage reported content
  • Mute or warn members
  • Manage event RSVPs

Member

Members are regular users who participate in communities.
